I am a huge user of gwget and rapidshare.com. I have installed flashgot for firefox and have choosen the gwget as the download manager. However everytime I try to download a rapidshare file, I only get a html file. I am sure that the link is not dead because I checked it. Can you tell me why this is happening??

I know I can use a standalone downloader like jdownloader, but I just want to have one download manger (which is native to gnome) .

Any help is appreciated.

Yes, you are right.
The good thing when you use wget is you can pause it anytime and continue the download afterward.

For example, if you use ‘time based’ or ‘quota based’ internet connection, you can do this trick.
Collect all the things first, pause it, download them all when you have free internet connection.

I do not know why, sometimes when I want to resume paused download, it resume from the beginning not from where it paused.
