The best thing to do is just install the bluetooth dev library from the prepackaged sources.

sudo apt-get install libbluetooth-dev

after that just sudo make for bluesnarfer (no install procedure) and it’s done.

I have been able to install the jaunty package into karmic, you can install even the sound server and extra sounds, but in my case there is a break dependency when try to install the pysol-cardsets it’s sad, but anyway everything works fine (but without extra cardsets)

http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/allpackages

wait for the page to complete the loading because it’s large

find pysol

download them and install it.

Yep. finally it works.
My Nokia n80 is conected to internet with axis sim.
I’ve forgot to make this:

$ sudo gedit /etc/ppp/peers/wvdial

and copy this line:

noauth
debug
defaultroute
noipdefault
usepeerdns

I’ve tryed this configuration in the wvdial.conf:

My conection works perfect with the n80, but not with the cable, and my configuration is like you have listed bellow.
I’ve also checked the eth0 and turned it off, but when as root I put the command “$ sudo wvdial” in the ubuntu terminal appear this message:

“–> WvDial: Internet dialer version 1.60
–> Cannot open /dev/modem: No such file or directory
–> Cannot open /dev/modem: No such file or directory
–> Cannot open /dev/modem: No such file or directory”

Can yo help me to solve this problem.
